Slimetry Capsules

Capsule form blend. Slimetry combines GLP-1S (semaglutide), 5-Amino-1MQ, and BPC-157 — three compounds studied separately in preclinical and clinical research across metabolic and tissue-signaling pathways. Supplied at research-grade purity for laboratory use only.

$300.00

Slimetry combines three compounds studied independently across different areas of peptide and small-molecule research: GLP-1S (semaglutide), examined in GLP-1 receptor and metabolic research; 5-Amino-1MQ, examined in NNMT-inhibition and energy-metabolism research; and BPC-157, examined in tissue-signaling research. The summary below describes each component individually based on its own published literature and is provided for research reference only — it does not describe intended effects of this product in humans or animals.

What is Slimetry?

Slimetry is formulated as a three-component research combination. Researchers who combine compounds like these typically do so to study multiple, mechanistically distinct pathways — GLP-1 receptor signaling, NNMT-mediated metabolic regulation, and tissue-signaling activity — together in the same controlled laboratory environment, rather than to study a single combined “blend effect.” First Class Science is not aware of any published research examining this specific three-compound combination as a unified subject, and none is claimed here.

Purity & Quality

First Class Science supplies Slimetry Capsules at 99% purity, verified by independent third-party HPLC testing and mass spectrometry. Every production batch is tested to confirm identity and purity, with a Certificate of Analysis available per batch at https://firstclassscience.com/certificate-of-analysis/. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture, and keep out of reach of children.

Important: This item is manufactured strictly for research purposes. It is not intended for human or veterinary use and is distributed solely for laboratory and scientific investigation.

Research Applications

GLP-1S (Semaglutide)

GLP-1S is First Class Science’s research code for semaglutide, a synthetic GLP-1 receptor agonist peptide structurally related to liraglutide but modified for extended half-life. Published clinical trial research (Wilding et al., 2021, New England Journal of Medicine — the STEP 1 trial) examined once-weekly semaglutide dosing in a large adult study population, reporting substantially greater body-weight reduction relative to placebo over a 68-week trial period, alongside improvements in several cardiometabolic markers monitored in that trial.

5-Amino-1MQ

5-Amino-1MQ is a small-molecule quinolinium derivative studied as a selective, substrate-competitive inhibitor of nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT), an enzyme involved in cellular NAD+ and methyl-donor metabolism. Published preclinical research has examined NNMT inhibition by compounds in this class, reporting increased energy-expenditure measures, reduced body-weight and adipose-tissue mass, and improved insulin-sensitivity and glucose-tolerance measures in tested diet-induced-obesity animal models. Separate published research has examined 5-Amino-1MQ’s effect on senescent muscle-stem-cell activation and regenerative capacity in aged animal models.

Note: 5-Amino-1MQ is most commonly supplied and registered as its iodide salt (CAS 42464-96-0, molecular formula C10H11IN2, ~286.1 g/mol); First Class Science notes this salt-form identity for research reference.

BPC-157

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a partial sequence identified in human gastric juice protein. Published preclinical research, largely from a single research group led by Predrag Sikiric, has examined BPC-157’s association with gastrointestinal tissue-protection measures, as well as tendon, ligament, and muscle healing measures in rodent injury models. Researchers have proposed that BPC-157 acts on multiple growth-factor and signaling pathways involved in tissue repair, though study authors note that much of this literature originates from a limited number of laboratories and has not been independently replicated at the same scale as more established peptide research compounds.
